| 摘 要： | 乙肝病毒(hepatitisBvirus,HBV)为嗜肝病毒,全世界有超过3亿人受到乙肝病毒的感染。综述近年来乙肝疫苗的最新研究进展,并对乙肝疫苗的发展历程,应用中出现的问题,克服不应答及低应答的策略,乙肝疫苗的发展方向以及目前最新的DNA疫苗进行了阐述 。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis b virus belongs to the family of hepadnavirus.More than 300 million people in the world are infected by HBV.This article reviewed the recent advances in hepatitis b vaccine.Many aspects of hepatitis b vaccine were dissertated in detail,especially the development of hepatitis b vaccine,the problems accrued in its application,the strategy to overcome the non-response or low response to the vaccine,the new ways to develop hepatitis b vaccines,and the novel DNA vaccine.; |
