| 摘 要： | 目的 研究针刺致瘀功能在头针为主治疗缺血性中风后遗症中的主导性。方法 分别采用头针为主及体针治疗两组缺血性中风后遗症患者，比较两组D-Dimer，BR，BL4的变化，及其最早出现显著性变化的时间，并比较两组的疗效。结果 两组D－Dimer，BR，BL4及时间的改变均有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01），以头针疗效显著。结论 针刺致瘀功能在头针为主治疗缺血性中风后遗症中起主导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the domination of the function of acupuncture- cause- bloodstasis in treating apoplectic aftereffects of brain infarction with scalp acupoints as priority. Methods To treat2 groups of patients with apoplectic aftereffects of brain infarction,one group with scalp acupoints as priority,the other group with body acupoints, compare the variations and the earliesttime of significantvariations of D- Dimer,BR,BL 4, and the curative effects of the two groups. Results The variations of D- Dimer,BR, BL4and time of the two groups have significant differences (P <0 .0 1 ) ,and the group of scalp acupoints has significant curative effects. Conclusion Function of acupuncture- cause- bloodstasis acts dominantly in treating apoplectic aftereffects of brain infarctin with scalp acupionts as priority. |
