扁桃叶挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),首次对扁桃叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量.共鉴定出其中的38种化合物,占挥发油总量的94.52%,其主要成分为:大根香叶烯(18.33%),喇叭醇(9.46%),石竹烯(9.04%),δ-杜松烯(5.73%),...

Abstract:Volatile oil,extracted from the leaves of Mangifera persiciformis by steam distillation,was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)for the first time.The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by peak area normalization.38 components were identified,which accounted for 94.52% of the volatile oil of the leaves.The major compositions were Germacrene D(18.33%),Ledol(9.46%),Caryophyllene(9.04%),δ-Cadinene(5.73%),1(R)-α-Pinene(5.32%),β-Elemene(4.90%),α-Gurjunene(4.26%),Phenol,2-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-5-methyl-(3.78%),allo-aromadendrene(3.45%),δ-Elemene(3.41%),Selina-3,7(11)-diene(3.27%),Spathulenol(3.20%),and many of the components had biological activity.This study will provide theoretic basis for the multiple utilization and developments of the leaves of M.persiciformis.
