F型肉毒毒素的制备及类毒素免疫原性初探

摘    要:将F型肉毒梭菌经适宜条件产毒培养后,以硫酸铵盐析和酸沉两种不同工艺制备的F型肉毒毒素,用分段脱毒法脱毒制备类毒素,分别免疫豚鼠、马匹后测定免疫血清抗体效价。结果显示,两种工艺制备的毒素其类毒素都具有较好的免疫原性。

Preparation and characterization of botulinum toxin type F and primary evaluation of its toxoid's immunogenicity

Abstract:Preparation of botulinum toxin type F from strain 470 was carried out using amonium sulphate salting out method and acid precipitation technique after culturing the Clostridium botulinum type F in the suitable condition. The preparation of toxoid was performed with detoxification by stages method. The purified toxin was inactivated with formaldehyde. The guinea pigs and horses were immuneized with toxoid from different toxin. The titer of antibody was detected. The results showed that the toxoid is of the good immunogenicity, and it can be used as the antigen for production of antitoxin.
