| Abstract: | Two rapid methods for on-line protein determination useful for control purposes in the automation of biotechnological processes such as fermentation and downstream processing are described. Both methods are derived from colorimetric laboratory biuret and Bradford protein assays adapted to a flow injection analyser. |
