酵母菌中超氧化物歧化酶的研究

摘    要:通过对9株酵母菌SOD含量的测定比较,选出1株Y12酵母菌其生物量及酶含量均较高。同时对此菌产SOD酶的营养,培养条件及破壁提取方法进行初步研究,结果表明它们对该菌株SOD酶含量及菌体生物量影响较大,并进一步确定出最佳生理条件,找到了种较优的破壁提取法:冻融──酶解法,使SOD活力得以大大提高。

Abstract:A strain of yeast Y12 was selected, both of the biomass and enzyme content of it werehigher than the others after comparing the an contents within nlne strains of yeast cell. Byinitial studying the nutrition and cultivation conditions as well as the cell - wall - broken -extraction method, the results showed that they had a great influence on the SOD contentand biomass, and the optimum physiological condition was settled. Moewer, a better cell -wall - broken-extraction methed (freeze - thaw - enzymolysis method) has been found andmade the SOD activity and content inereased greatly.
