摘    要:大电导钙激活电压门控型钾离子通道(BKCa通道)广泛分布于各种组织中,主要由胞内钙离子浓度增加和细胞膜去极化而激活.此外多种膜脂,如脂肪酸、胆固醇、鞘糖脂等可修饰该通道的功能.该通道参与细胞内信号转导、细胞的兴奋及代谢调节等多种生理过程,其功能异常牵涉到特发性癫痫、高血压等疾病的发生.因而对BKCa通道功能的调节作用的研究具有重要的生理学及病理学意义.文章将主要介绍膜脂对BKCa通道功能的调节作用.

Abstract:The large-conductance, voltage-gated and calcium-activated potassium channels (BKCa) are involved in many cellular functions. They are activated both by elevated cytosolic Ca2+ levels and membrane depolarization. Recently, it has been reported that the BKCa channels are regulated by many types of membrane lipids, such as fatty acids, cholesterol, and glycosphingolipids. The dysfunctions of BKCa channels are associated with various diseases such as idiopathic epilepsy, hypertension and stroke. Therefore, it is import to study how the BKCa channels are modulated. This review focuses on modulatory effect of membrane lipids on BKCa channels.
