| Abstract: | The technique of velocity sedimentation was employed to fractionate mouse bone marrow CFU-s relative to two different phases of the cell cycle. CFU-s in DNA synthesis which are destroyed by hydroxyurea were separated from other smaller CFU-s which were shown to be insensitive to the drug and are presumably those CFU-s in the G2 phase of cell cycle. |
