| Abstract: | Of the organophosphate pesticides studied, dichlorvos inhibited significantly both, phosphate-activated glutaminase and alpha-keto acid-activated glutaminase, while monocorotophos inhibited moderately alpha-keto acid activated glutaminase in rat brain. Phosphamidon inhibited glutamine synthetase activity negligibly. |
