| Abstract: | Racemic 1-O-(epsilon-aminohexanoyl)-2,3-diphosphoglycerol (ADPG) was synthesized. The pH dependence of the 31P-NMR spectra was studied for the ADPG cyclohexylammonium salt. ADPG binding to hemoglobin and its functional activity as a regulator of human hemoglobin reversible oxygenation were assayed. |
