| Abstract: | We studied the species composition of copepods in the fjordregion, Isla Madre de Dios, Chile during October 1979. Fifteennew records for the fjords are cited. We found the antarcticcopepod Paraeuchaeta antarctica which is consistent with earlyrecords of other antarctic zooplankters in the area. The analysisof relative abundances shows that changes in dominance occuronly among four most abundant species of copepods. |
