摘    要:利用BLAST软件对细小病毒B19的序列进行序列比对,获得特异序列;利用生物学软件Oligo6.40设计特异性高、Tm值接近、长度均一的Oligo探针。结果获得了13条70bp的Oligo探针,用于芯片打印及细小病毒B19的检测。表明利用BLAST系统和生物学软件Oligo6.40设计细小病毒B19诊断芯片的探针是一种简便而有效的方法。

Abstract:To design oligo probes for microarray detection of human parvovirus B19.By analyzing DNA sequence of hu-man parvovirus B19with BLAST program,a group of specific sequences as candidate regions was located.Then Oligo6.40software was applied to select probes with high specificity,identical length and similar melting temperature(Tm).13oligo probes were designed,which will be deposited on chips as a microarray for detection of human parvovirus B19.It is an effective method to design oligo probes of human parvovirus B19using BLAST program and Oligo6.40software.
