| Abstract: | The BLRF2 gene of the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and was inserted into the eukaryotic expressive plasmid pHD101-3.Then the recombinant plasmid pHD-BLRF2 was constructed and expressed transiently under the control of CMV promoter of pHD101-3 in the 293 cells and Verocells.The product with a molecular weight about 23kD was detected by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.The 23kD protein (P23) may be one of the indicators for the serological diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). |
