| Abstract: | The enzymatic resolution of acetyl-dl-methonine previously reported was studied further, in detail. As a result, it was found that metal ion plays an important role on the asymmetric hydrolysis of acyl-dl-methonines by the enzyme preparations of Aspergillus oryzae. |
