摘    要:聚合物囊泡是近年来新兴的一种自组装软性纳米材料。由于其优越的理化性质,聚合物囊泡已经受到了巨大的关注并且已经被利用在多个领域。文章综述了聚合物囊泡作为药物投递载体进行小分子化合物给药治疗肿瘤和反义核酸投递进行基因治疗;模拟细胞功能重建了ATP合成过程及模拟体内三酶偶联反应过程;作为近红外荧光探针在活体深层组织荧光成像技术等生物医学领域中的应用。

Abstract:Polymersomes newly emerging for the past few years are a kind of self-assembly soft nano materials. Due to their predominant physico-chemical property, they have caused tremendous attention and have been employed in some subjects. Here, we will introduce their application in biomedical domain: drugs delivery carriers to delivery free drugs for cancer therapy and antisense nucleotides for gene therapy, mimicry of cellular function for process of ATP synthesis and three-enzyme cascade reactions, near-infrared-emissive fluorescent probe for in vivo optical imaging of deep tissue.
