| Abstract: | Many transgenic and knockout mouse models of prostate cancer have become available over the past decade. In this paper we describe a simple biopsy technique of the murine prostate. This technique allows sequential follow-up of the prostate in an individual mouse. Its use could also reduce the number of mice used in studies of the prostate gland. |
