| Abstract: | The teleomorph of Erysiphe necator var. necator [≡Uncinula necator var. necator], hitherto unknown in Japan, was found on Vitis vinifera and Ampelopsis brevipedunculata var. heterophylla (Vitaceae) in Okayama, Japan.
