三种金花茶及其组培苗的核型比较

摘    要:本文研究了东兴金花茶(Camellia tunghinensis Chang)、柠檬黄金花茶(Camellia limonia C. F. Liang et S. L. Mo)、淡黄金花茶(Camellia flavida Chang)及其组培苗的染色体数目及核型。东兴金花茶及组培苗的核型公式为2n=2x=30=22m(2SAT) 8sm;柠檬黄金花茶及组培苗为2n=2x=30=24m(2SAT) 6sm;淡黄金花茶及组培苗为2n=2x=30=24m(2SAT) 6sm;核型比较发现三种金花茶的组培苗与其野生植株的核型基本一致。表明以组培方法保存和繁殖金花茶是有价值的。

Abstract:This paper deals with chromosome number and karyotype analysis of three species of the genus camellia and their plantlets in tissue culture. The chromosome count and karyotype are reported here for the first time. The somatic chromosome of them are as follows.C. tunghinensis and it's plantlet, 2n = 2x = 30= 22m(2SAT) 8sm.C. limonia and it's plantlet, 2n = 2x = 30= 24m(2SAT) 6 sm.C. flavida and it's plantlet, 2n = 2x= 30= 24m(2SAT) 6sm.The results indicated that the karyotype of the regenerated plants are the same as that their wild species.
