Estimation of the Size Distribution of Spherical Grains in the Boolean Model |

| Abstract: | A method of strong consistent estimation of the radius' distribution of spherical grains in the Boolean model in Rd, d ≦3, is proposed. It is based on the evaluation of the empirical capacity functional and application of the Glivenko-Cantelli theorem for random closed sets. |
