水盆与饮水瓶诱捕器诱捕棉铃虫雄蛾效果的比较

摘    要:2005年在北疆棉区棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera2代成虫期田间试验表明,水盆诱捕器每个每晚平均诱捕头数是饮水瓶的6.3倍(瓶竖放)和18.4倍(瓶斜放),差异均达显著水准(P=0.05)。比较单个诱捕器1晚最大诱蛾数,水盆是饮水瓶的8.0倍(瓶竖放)和24.0倍(瓶斜放),差异均达显著水准(P=0.05)。比较逐日平均诱蛾数,水盆是饮水瓶的9.44倍,差异达极显著水准(P=0.01)。综合考虑经济成本,在此条件下用饮水瓶制作棉铃虫诱捕器是不可取的。

Abstract:A comparative study was conducted on efficiencies of the water tray(23 cm×7.5 cm) and drinks bottle(20.7 cm×6.6 cm) baited with synthetic sex pheromones for capturing 2~(nd) generation male moths of the cotton bollworm,Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner),in cotton field in North Xinjiang in 2005.The results show that the male captures per trap per night at water tray traps were 6.3 and 18.4 fold of that at the bottles set upright and slanting,respectively,and both the differences were statistically significant(P=0.05).The maximum captures of a single water tray trap in a night was 8.0 and 24.0 fold of that at the bottles set upright and slanting,respectively,and both the differences were significant(P=0.05).A paired t-test shows that the mean catches in each night at water tray traps were 9.44 fold of that pooled at the bottles,with a higher significant difference level(P=0.01).Considering the efficiency and cost,it is suggested not to use the drinks bottles making pheromone traps for the cotton bollworm in a similar area.
