摘    要:探求简捷有效的测定鼠肝糖原合成酶活性的方法. 固相滤纸法测定该酶活性,并与文献报告的漂洗法进行比较,且用此方法观察糖尿病鼠肝糖原合成酶的活性. 两种方法所测得放射性计数无明显差异;糖尿病鼠肝糖原合成酶的活性明显降低. 固相滤纸法是一种较简捷,方便,不易污染的测定糖原合成酶的方法.

Abstract:A method improved for the assay of glycogen synthase(GS) is proposed in the present study. GS activity in NIDDM rat liver is determined by the solid phase filter paper method in comparison with washing method reported in the literatures. There is no obvious difference in the determination of radiation counts between the two methods. This method has been employed in the determination of GS activity of the diabetic rat liver, which exhibited more decrease then the normal rat liver. Therefore, the solid phase filter paper method is simple, convenient for the assay of GS activity and shows no tendency to be polluted.
