| Abstract: | In this paper, we discuss the rational design of polymeric catalysts and the positive effect of polymer supports on the catalytic asymmetric reactions. The attachment of chiral catalysts to soluble polymers, particularly dendritic polymers, offered a potential combination of the advantages of homogeneous and heterogeneous asymmetric catalysis. |
