Affinity chromatography of extracellular cellulase from chaetomium cellulolyticum

Abstract:Summary An endo-beta-glucanase of C.cellulolyticum was purified by a procedure involving concanavalin A (Con A)-Sepharose chromatography and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The enzyme produced G1 and oligosaccharides from CMC.
