| Abstract: | Genetic determining factors of essential hypertension seems to involve a dynamic mutation or a similar process. The mobile elements of the genome: moderately recurrent sequences, play a special role in initiation of such a process. A possible molecular mechanism of the initiation and development of the dynamic mutation, is described. |
