女贞瓢跳甲的生物学特性及防治

女贞瓢跳甲Argopistes tsekooni Chen是2003年在山东泰安地区木犀科植物上发生的一种新害虫,严重危害金叶女贞(Ligustrumvicaryi)等植物的叶片。成虫在叶背啃食,幼虫潜入叶内取食叶肉。该虫在山东泰安1年发生3代,以成虫在树冠下的疏松土、沙石缝和枯枝落叶内越冬。翌年4月中下旬成虫出蛰。3代幼虫危害盛期分别为5月中旬～6月中旬,6月下旬～7月下旬,8月上旬～9月上旬。

Biological characteristics and control of Argopistes tsekooni

Argopistes tsekooni Chen as a new pest was found to infest the plant of Oleaceae in Tai' an, ShandongProvince in 2003, which damaged leaves of Ligustrum vicaryi and other Oleaceae plants seriously. Adults damaged onthe back of leaves, and larvae fed on mesophyll. It occurred three generations every year in Tai' an, and overwinteredin soil, crevice and withered branch. Overwinter adults began to be active in the middle of April, and the damagingperiod of three generations was the middle of May to the middle of June, the end of June to the end of July and thefirst ten days of August to the first ten days of September, respectively.
