| Abstract: | Abstract Some preliminary results of a survey carried out along the Southern Adriatic coasts (Brindisi-S.M. Leuca) are reported in order to contribute to the knowledge of the phytoplankon community of this area. Ten Dinophysis species had been identified, four of them are known to be involved in DSP mussel contamination. Spatio-temporal distribution of Dinophysis spp. is shown. |
