| Abstract: | 2,5,5-Trisubstituted oxazolones were identified as potent inhibitors of 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11beta-HSD1). The synthesis, structure-activity relationship and metabolic stability of these compounds are presented. |
