生化快速检测技术诊断需氧菌阴道炎的临床评价

摘    要:目的 探讨生化快速检测法在诊断需氧菌阴道炎中的临床价值.方法 分别使用镜检法和生化快速检测法对320例疑似需氧菌阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物进行检查.结果 在320例就诊者中,生化快速检测法检出阳性患者286例,镜检法检出阳性患者283例.两种方法的符合率为96.56%[ (279+ 30)/320],二者呈高度一致性( Kappa=0.823,P<0.05).以镜检法为诊断标准,生化快速检测法的敏感度为98.59%( 279/283)、特异度为81.08%(30/37)、阳性预测值为97.55%(279/286)、阴性预测值为88.24%(30/34).结论 生化快速检测法对需氧菌阴道炎的诊断具有较高的敏感度和特异度,值得临床推广使用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical value of biochemical fast test method in diagnosing aerobic vaginitis.Methods Vaginal discharges of 320 women with suspected aerobic vaginitis were tested by using microscopy and biochemical fast method respectively.Results In the 320 women,286 cases were positive by biochemical fast method,and 283 by microscopy.The coincidence rate of the two methods was 96.56% [(279+30)/320] with a high consistency(Kappa=0.823,P<0.05).Using microscopy as the diagnosis criteria,the sensitivity of biochemical fast test was 98.59%(279/283);the specificity was 81.08%(30/37);the positive predictive value was 97.55%(279/286);the negative predictive value was 88.24%(30/34).Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of biochemical fast test for aerobic vaginitis diagnosis are high and worthy for clinical use.
