血红蛋白酸性琼脂电泳及其临床应用

Acid Agar Gel Electrophoresis of Hemoglobin And Its Clinical Application

The paper introduces an agar gel electrophoretic method of acid pH to facilitate the diagnosis of diseases related to hemoglobin (disorders with high level of HbF, hemoglobinopathy etc).Abnormal hemoglobin may be divided into two classes by acid agar gel electrophoresis.some variants may be separated from HbA by this method and others could not be separated from HbA.This method may also be used to distingish HbS from many abnormal hemoglobin of D-group and to diagnose sickle cell anemia.In common diseases,acid agar gel electrophores may be used to sepa-rate glycosylated Hb from HbA, which may be used to diagnose and to understand the progress of diabetes.
