青春型双歧杆菌活菌制剂（回春生）对肝硬化病人的疗效观察

取从一健康成人分离出的青春型双歧杆菌,制成活菌制剂,观察其对58例不同类型肝硬化病人的疗效。本制剂口服12～55天,在治疗前后分别检测蛋白代谢、肝功、鲎试验等参数,在治疗期间病人接受标准饮食和基础治疗。观察结果表明,本制剂对肝硬化的疗效明显,治疗后内毒素水平(鲎试验,LLT)比对照组明显阶低,麝浊、锌浊试验和 A/G 比率的改善程度也优于对照组,表明回春生可能具有改善肝硬化功能的作用。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Viable Bifidobacterium Adolescentis Preparation on Patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis

The therapeutic effect of the viable pre- paration of Bifidobacterium adolescentis iso- lated from a healthy adult was examined in a controlled clinical study in 58 patients with liver cirrhosis of different types. This preparation was adminstrated by mouth for 12 to 55 days.The parameters of protein metabolism,liver function and lim- ulus lysate test(LLT)were analyzed at the beginning and at the end of the treatment. During the observeting period,patients reci- eved a standard diet and basic routine medi- cation. The results showed that the level of endo- toxin(examined by LLT)and the parameter of Thymol turbidity test decreased signifi- cantly in comparison with that of control group. The data obtained form Zinic turbidity test,Icteric Index test indicated that this preparation is more effective in treating patients with liver cirrhosis.Thes observa- tions seemed to indicate that the improvement of the impaired protein tolerance and a re- duction of A/G ratio could be achieved by administrating viable Bifidobacterium ado- lescentis preparation in patients with portal hypertension.
