| 摘 要： | 2003年在全国性的流行病学调查中我国首次分离到鲤春病毒血症病毒(Spring viremia of carp virus,SVCV),并且确认为亚洲株。本文从理化特性、生物学特性、形态学特性方面对欧洲的SVCV参考株(SVCV-10/3)和在中国分离到的SVCV亚洲株(SVCV-741)进行比较,以期发现它们之间的差异。研究结果显示,二者的主要不同点是:1.在我国分离到的SVCV株对热的稳定性比欧洲参考株高,这一点在进化和生物学上的意义值得注意;2.SVCV能导致欧洲的鲤鱼大量死亡,但却没有发现中国的SVCV分离株导致大量死亡的例子。此外在病毒对不同细胞系的敏感性研究时,发现SVCV无论是在中国分离到的亚洲株还是欧洲的参考株,在草鱼卵巢细胞(Ova-ry of grass carp,CO)中出现CPE比OIE诊断手册中提供的敏感细胞胖头鱼肌肉细胞(Fathead minnow FHM)和鲤鱼上皮瘤细胞(Epithelioma papulosum cyprini,EPC)中快,而且增殖的滴度高,可以作为研究SVCV的好材料。
