| Abstract: | New analogues of the potent antihelmintic meclonazepam were prepared and evaluated against Schistosoma mansoni. The biological data suggests substitution at positions 2 and 4 of meclonazepam could provide promising analogues for prophylactic and therapeutic activity against S. mansoni. |
