Studies on the proteolytic enzymes of invertebrates constituting fish food

Abstract:Studies were carried out on the proteolytic activity of trypsin and pepsin-like enzymes of invertebrates consituting fish food. Relations between proteolytic activity of enzymes, pH, and temperature were established.
