| 摘 要： | 以团队为基础的学习(team based learning,TBL)教学是在以问题为基础的学习(problembased learning,PBL)教学基础上改革创新的一种新型教学模式,与传统的以教师为主体的教学模式存在着较大的差异,强调学生之间的团队合作。在运用TBL的过程中,我们发现该模式既明显提高了学生的学习积极性、主动性和团队合作精神,但同时也暴露了一些不足之处。针对这些不足,我们提出了一些可能的解决方案。这些经验和教训可为今后TBL模式在组织学与胚胎学教学中的应用提供有益的借鉴。
