| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung An der motorischen Endplatte des Zwerchfells der Albinoratte wurde nach intraperitonealer Applikation der Zeitpunkt der Inhibierung mit 2 min, sowie die Rückkehr der Azetylcholinesteraseaktivität mit 110 Std histochemisch bestimmt. — Lokal begrenzte morphologische Veränderungen, die auch benachbarte Muskelfasern ergreifen, werden beschrieben. Die Auswirkungen einer Vergiftung mit Soman sind aufgezeigt.
Inhibition and restitution of the acetylcholinesterase on the motoric endplate in the diaphragm of the rat after soman-intoxication Summary The effects of a Soman-intoxication are histochemically demonstrated. After applicating Soman intraperitoneally, inhibition in the region of the motor end-plates of the albino rat diaphragm was determined to follow after 2 minutes, while restoration of the acetylcholinesterase activity could be observed after 110 hours. — Locally limited morphological alterations — which often extended over adjacent muscle cells — have been described.
