| Abstract: | Bio-membrane extracellular polymer（BMEP） is a bio-synthesis polymer that sticks and attaches to the bio-membrane to assure the function and integrity of bio-membrane.Recently physicochemical and biological properties of BMEP and its detection technique were deeply paid close attention to.The components of BMEP,its detection technique,functions and other aspects were summarized in this article. |
