| Abstract: | The established identification of human faces on images may also be applied to paintings. This demands an extension of the known methodology: A check is performed if the depicted trait expressions may occur in nature at all or if they are an "artefact" of artistic freedom. Two cases are presented here, which illustrate an identification and an identity exclusion. |
