研究荧光标记BCAA及AAA在大鼠体内代谢

摘    要:使用DNS-Cl标记BCAA及AAA等六种氨基酸,观察这些氨基酸在大鼠小肠的吸收,血液的清除以及肝脏、肌肉、肾脏、脑等器官的摄取及排空情况。结果:小肠在30分钟开始吸收,4小时部分排空;血液在4小时开始清除,16小时清除完毕;肝脏、肌肉、肾脏、脑组织等,都在30分钟全部或部分摄取,但各器官对不同氨基酸,排空的时间不尽相同。

Abstract:BCAA and AAA marked by DNS-Cl were measured by the stomack of animal. Then observed the metabolism of AAs in the organs of animal involved intestine, muscle, liver, kidney and brain in 0.5h, 2h, 4h, 8h and 16h respectively. The results indicated:1. Ile of BCAA and Phe of AAA were taken away from intestine in 4 hours. Others in 16 hours.2. BCAA and AAA were taken away from blood in 16 hours.3. BCAA and AAA were mostly taken by liver in 0.5 hour and were taken away from liver in 16 hours.4. BCAA and AAA were taken away from muscles in 4 hours. Tyr and Trp of AAA were not taken in 0.5 hour.5. BCAA and AAA were taken away from kidney in 4 hours. BCAA taken by kidney was more than that taken by muscle, and BCAA and AAA were taken by kidney was more than that taken by liver in 0.5 hour.6. BCAA and AAA were taken away from brain in 2 hours. Tyr and Trp of AAA were not taken by brain in 0.5 hour. BCAA taken by brain is almost the same as that taken by muscle.
