| 摘 要： | 对重组人粒细胞－巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）的工程菌表达产物进行纯化，经过超声破碎，包涵体抽提，凝胶层析，复性，离子交换一系列纯化步骤，终产物纯度达９８％，比活性达１０００００００ｕ／ｍｇ。

| Abstract: | Recombinant hGM CSF expressed in E.coli was purified.A series of process include ultrasonication of bacterium,solution of inclusion bodies,filtration of Sephacryl 300,refolding and ion exchange chromatography of Q sepharose Fast Flow etc.The result of biochemical analysis was showed that the purity of terminal product is 98% and specific activity of which reaches 10000000 U/mg. |
