| Abstract: | Methods are described of isolation of individual globin messenger RNA from rabbit reticulocytes using zonal centrifugation in sucrose density gradient and specific sorption of polyribosome RNAs on poly U-cellulose column. The addition of globin RNA into cell-free system from Krebs-2 ascites mouse cells resulted in the globin synthesis. |
