一株产低温碱性脂肪酶菌株的发酵条件优化

摘    要:对一株产低温碱性脂肪酶细菌(Pseudoalteromonas sp.BJ17)的发酵条件进行了优化,研究各种碳源及氮源对产酶的影响,应用正交实验优化其发酵培养基组成。结果表明:最佳培养基组成为淀粉12g/L,蛋白胨12g/L,酵母膏3g/L,酪蛋白2g/L。最佳培养温度为25℃,发酵时间为16h。

Abstract:The culture of Pseudoalteromonas sp. B J17 were optimized for the production of alkaline protease. The optimum medium ( per liter) was consisted of 12 g starch, 12 g peptone, 3 g yeast extract, 2 g casein. The optimum fermentation conditions were determined as follows: temperature 25 ~C, and cultivation time 16 h.
