杏及杏产品中氨基酸含量的测定及其比较分析

摘    要:以氨基酸总量为主要指标,对杏及杏产品的氨基酸进行分析测定,结果表明:不同品种之间氨基酸含量差异较大;做成杏产品,对其氨基酸含量几乎不会造成损失。

Abstract:The amino acid in apricot and its product have been analyzed.The result showed that the amino acid contents were significantly different among sources and almost the same after the product preparation.
