| Abstract: | Preparations of purified measles virus and both core and membrane-rich fractions suppressed mitogen-induced proliferation of human lymphocytes without reducing viability or the number of T lymphocytes in culture. The suppressive activity of the measles virus was heat labile. The virus preparations by themselves did not induce lymphocyte proliferation. |
