方法采用PCR-DGGE(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis)技术,DGGE图谱用PCA(principal component analy-sis)方法进行分析。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diversities of intestinal bacteria in eight kinds of fishes from the Changjiang river estuary. Methods PCR-DGGE(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis)and PCA(principal com-ponent analysis) were used. Results It was proved that there were abundant and various bacteria in the guts of eight kinds of fishes. The bacterial community structures in the guts of these fishes were obviously different. Conclusions PCR-DGGE analysis of 16S rRNA gene were proved to be a powerful tool for gaining detailed insight into the bacterial diversity of the intestinal system in fish. The correlation between the intestinal bacteria in fish and feed were obvious.
Keywords:PCR-DGGE  16S rRNA
