| 摘 要： | 经多轮筛选获得了 1株妥布霉素耐药安普霉素敏感的芽孢杆菌。利用该菌与枯草杆菌 6 35 0 1混合作为检定菌 ,从妥布霉素和安普霉素二组分产生菌中快速筛选到了单组分妥布霉素产生菌。

| Abstract: | Bacillus TR-1 was highly resistant to tobramycin but remained sensitive to apramycin andBacillus sutilis 63501 was sensitive to tobramycin and apramycin. The two organisms were mixed and cultured to assay the relative contents of tobramycin and apramycin.Streptomyces tenebrarius 9901 which had produced tobramycin and apramycin was treated with NTG, single compound of the tobramycin producing strain was obtained using by this method.; |
