Abstract:Two new triterpenoid glycosides from the aerial parts of Calendula arvensis were identified as oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-3-β-O-(O-β-D-galactopyranosyl(1 → 3)-β-D-glucopyranoside) and oleanolic acid 3-β-O-(O-β-D-galactopyranosyl(1 → 3)-β-D-glucopyranoside) by FAB, FAB MIKE mass spectrometry and 13C NMR spectroscopy.
