Structure of the O-specific polysaccharide of Mesorhizobium huakuii IFO15243T

The structure of the O-specific polysaccharide isolated by mild acid hydrolysis of the lipopolysaccharide of Mesorhizobium huakuii IFO15243T was studied using methylation analysis and various one- and two-dimensional 1H and 13C NMR experiments.
