| 摘 要： | 研究了酵母发酵法生产麦角固醇的过程中，菌体生长、糖消耗、酒精生成与消耗以及麦角固醇合成的动力学。提出了两段动力学模型，模拟值与实验值吻合较好。

| Abstract: | The relationships among the consumption of sucrose,the production and the consumption of ethanol,the production of ergosterol and the growth of Saccaromyces cerevisiae were determined.A two stage kinetic model was constructed,and the relative deviations between the experimental data and simulated results were no more than 18%. |
