| Abstract: | Images of surfaces of human erythrocyte ghosts, lecithin liposomes, spectrin, erythrocyte membrane skeleton, concanavalin A and concanavalin A--decorated erythrocyte ghosts were obtained by scanning tunneling microscopy. The dimensions and surface topography of some membrane structures are described and discussed. |
