摘    要:双特异抗体特别是双特异性单链抗体、亮氨酸接链双特异性抗体、双特异性单链抗体毒素等是近几年来发展起来的很有前途的监床诊疗生物制剂 ,本文对其基因构建、边接肽设计、表达产物及活性等方面的新进展作了重点论述。

Abstract:Bispecific antibodies including bispecific shingle-chain antibody?leucine zipper dimerized bispecific ScFv antibody? bispecific single-chain antibody-toxin are very useful bilolgical products to be used in the clinical diagnosis and therapy developed in recent years, here we mainly elaborate the research progress of the gene construction?linker design?expression products and their bio-activity.
